I offer 15 minute consultations that are free of cost if you have any questions or concerns that you would like to bring up before scheduling a first appointment. This way we can see if we are a good fit for working together!

Yes. I offer virtual sessions for clients who are physically located in Texas, and you’re welcome to choose in-person, virtual, or a mix of both depending on what works best for you.

All sessions are offered on a private-pay basis, with limited sliding-scale availability. HSA payments are welcome. I do not bill insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill if you would like to seek possible reimbursement through your insurance provider.

50-minute individual session: $155
75-minute intake session: $170

Your privacy and confidentiality are taken seriously. I only collect the information needed to schedule appointments, provide therapy, communicate about your care, and meet legal and ethical responsibilities. Client information is stored through secure, HIPAA-compliant systems and is never sold or used for marketing purposes. There are limited situations in which confidentiality may need to be broken, such as concerns about immediate safety, suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or vulnerable person, or when disclosure is required by law or court order. If questions ever come up about how your information is protected, I’m always happy to talk through them with you.
